Parkinson Lee Executive Search is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the operations of a reputable company in the Environmental Management Sector.
About the Company
This organization has established itself as a global leader through its innovative approach, driving consistent growth and expansion into key markets across the UK, Europe, Australia, USA, and China.
The company has a substantial annual turnover and a solid profit margin, with two main divisions integral to its success: one focuses on manufacturing and distributing high-quality pest control products, while the other specializes in the assembly and distribution of technologically advanced pest control equipment.
- In the second division, you will focus on nurturing and engaging with key management to ensure continued commercial success, maintaining well-controlled processes that guide teams through change, and fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
- Operational Management: Conduct a thorough review of the first division's business operations to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Budget Management: Work closely with the Group Managing Director and Financial Director to set and deliver on sales and expense budgets.
- Stakeholder Representation: Act as the primary representative for both divisions, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and manage senior management teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality across all operations, ensuring the company's reputation for excellence is maintained.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that all operations meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
You will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, capable of making sound decisions that balance immediate operational needs with long-term growth objectives. Your leadership style should be people-centric, fostering a positive and productive work culture that drives team engagement and performance.
