Community Care Practitioner

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care services and support.
About the JobThis is a fixed-term position for 12 months, working on average 38.5 hours per week on a 2-week rolling rota, including some weekends. The successful candidate will have a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to undertake training.
You will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care, food and drink, and administering medication, as well as supporting them in all activities of daily living to maximise their wellbeing and promote choice, independence, and dignity.
Requirements- A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to be trained.
- Naturally compassionate and able to demonstrate integrity through treating residents fairly and with respect.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
