Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional care services to our residents. This is a pivotal role that requires a caring and compassionate individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of health and social care principles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and will be committed to providing outstanding care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care services to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
