Job Title: Care Support Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our dedicated team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional personal care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and choice.
- Provide companionship and engagement opportunities, enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
- Natural empathy and ability to demonstrate compassion, integrity, and respect towards our residents.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our residents.
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
