We are recruiting for a Community Care Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team at Jewish Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and support our residents in achieving their goals.

About the Position

This is a fixed-term 12-month role involving working as part of a rota, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will have a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to undergo training.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents in all activities of daily living to maximize wellbeing and promote choice, independence, and dignity.
  • Provide encouragement and companionship by engaging with residents and other stakeholders.
  • Assist residents with personal care, food, and drink administration, and medication.
