The Role: As an Internal Communications Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement to develop and implement organisational internal communications. This includes Senior Leadership Team communications, Divisional Communications, and the effective delivery of the Employee Engagement Survey and its outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to communicate key messages and initiatives
  • Design and deliver internal communications campaigns across various channels
  • Manage and maintain our Communications Champions Network, including training and development
  • Analyse data from the Employee Engagement Survey and implement recommendations
