We are currently seeking a skilled Community Manager to join our Neighbourhood Services Team at Liquid Recruitment Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality services to customers and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a CIH Housing Level 3 qualification or be willing to undertake a relevant qualification, as well as experience in managing and resolving Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and tenancy management casework. They will also possess excellent customer focus, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage their workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective neighbourhood management services to customers, including resolving ASB and tenancy management issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the Estates Team to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and audits, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Investigate and respond to complaints and Member Enquiries, providing timely and customer-focused responses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
