Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £32,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including 21 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, and Jewish festivals where they fall on a working day. Job Description
In this varied and delivery-focused role, you will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement (ICE) to develop the function and implement organisational internal communications. This will involve supporting the embedding of our new strategy, developing Senior Leadership Team communications, Divisional Communications, and managing our Communications Champions Network, including training and effective delivery of the Employee Engagement Survey and its outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, exceptional writing skills, and experience using a range of communications tools and channels. You will also need to have strong project management skills, ability to build strong internal relationships, and a proactive approach to identifying and plugging gaps for continuous improvement.
