Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking for a Resident Care Coordinator to join our Care team. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in ensuring our residents live a meaningful life and feel involved within their community.

About the Job

This is a key position supporting residents and requires a person who can work shifts, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will have a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to undergo training.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,500 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  1. Deliver care services within our care homes to excellent standards.
  2. Work a 38.5-hour week on a 2-week rolling rota, including some weekends.
  3. Perform tasks such as assisting with personal care, administering medication, and supporting with recreational activities.
