Job Title: Therapy Assistant - Community Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Therapy Assistant to join our team at Central London Community Health Trust. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, day centres, and within the therapy centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to patients. As a Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out pre-defined rehabilitation programmes, reporting progress, and ensuring all aspects of your work are of a high clinical standard.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work as a lone clinician, and have a caring and motivated attitude. You will also need to be a car owner with a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

About the Role:

  • Carry out pre-defined rehabilitation programmes with patients in their own homes, day centres, and within the therapy centre.
  • Report to an allocated supervisor about treatments undertaken, progress made, and outcomes of intervention.
  • Ensure all aspects of your work are of a high clinical standard and be accountable to the team lead.
  • Observe any progress, deterioration, or other significant changes in a patient's condition or performance and report these to the relevant therapist involved in the client's care.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
