Job Description

As a Psychological Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to pupils with complex needs. You will work closely with other professionals to develop and implement strategies to improve pupil outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to pupils with mental health needs
  • Developing and implementing behavior management plans
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and deliver curriculum-based interventions
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to inform pupil progress
