**Job Title:** Internal Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Norwood. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that support the embedding of our new strategy.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in developing internal communications tools, including Intranet and SharePoint content creation and management.

You will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement to develop the function and implement organisational internal communications, with particular focus on supporting the Senior Leadership Team communications, Divisional Communications, and Employee Engagement Survey.

This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week, with the opportunity to work flexibly from home or in the office. The salary for this position is £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits.

The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to build strong internal relationships, and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.
