Learning Support Professional

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is looking for an Academic Support Specialist to join its team at an excellent secondary school in Harrow, London.
The role involves supporting teaching across KS3, KS4, and KS5, assisting students with their learning, and helping with classroom management. You'll also be involved in delivering lessons as part of a collaborative team effort.
As a member of the Innovations and Inclusion team, you'll contribute to initiatives that improve learning outcomes and help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key requirements include a degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject, strong organisational and IT skills, understanding of supporting students with SEN, and a passion for education and commitment to inclusion.
The estimated salary for this position is £22,500 - £26,500 per annum, based on the national average for Teaching Assistants in London.
