We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Development Manager to support our Thermo King brand in the truck and trailer business. As a key member of our dealer network, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our business strategy within our indirect sales organization.

Your primary focus will be on growing revenue through our network of channel partners, maximizing profits, and increasing market share and customer satisfaction. This role will be reporting to the regional director of truck and trailer business in England.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum and comprehensive benefits that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets and margin goals.
  • Create and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and business planning.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to co-develop marketing and sales plans tailored to channel partner needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools, including MS Office software, Siebel, Tableau, and Oracle.
