Field Sales Manager for Multi-Point Locking Systems

Are you an experienced sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Manager to join our team, covering East Midlands and East Anglia.

The ideal candidate will have experience in window and door hardware field sales from within the construction industry, specifically selling to fabricators of composite, aluminium, PVC, composite fire doors, or timber fire doors.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £45,000-£50,000 per annum, plus a bonus of up to £10,000. You will also receive a fully expensed car and benefits package.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team as a Sales Executive - Window and Door Hardware Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for selling high-end manufactured ranges of multi-point locking systems for windows and doors to existing and new customers.

Your primary focus will be on managing relationships with existing customers, recruiting new commercial accounts, and winning specifications with architects, local authorities, M&E contractors, and main contractors.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a consultative approach and ability to work autonomously.

Requirements
  • Experience in window and door hardware field sales from within the construction industry
  • Able to hit the ground running
  • Doors/doorsets or door hardware field sales experience
  • Fire door specification field sales experience with architects and architectural ironmongers (advantageous)
  • GAI or FRID qualification (advantageous)
  • Comfortable with technical regulations and legislation around internal timber fire door locking systems
