Sales Manager for Door and Window Hardware

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an ambitious sales manager to join our team in the East Midlands and East Anglia regions. As a sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for selling high-end manufactured multi-point locking systems to window and door fabricators, maintaining relationships with existing customers, recruiting new commercial accounts, and securing specifications with key stakeholders.
- Sell multi-point locking systems to window and door fabricators.
- Manage relationships with existing customers.
- Recruit new commercial accounts.
- Win specifications with architects, local authorities, M&E contractors, and main contractors.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in window and door hardware field sales within the construction industry.
- Ability to hit the ground running.
- Doors/doorsets or door hardware field sales experience.
- Fire door specification field sales experience with architects and architectural ironmongers (advantageous).
- GAI or FRID qualification (advantageous).
- Familiarity with technical regulations and legislation around internal timber fire door locking systems.
- A consultative approach.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Autonomous nature.
- Self-motivation, communication skills, and relationship building abilities.
We provide a competitive salary range of £45,000-£50,000 per annum, plus a £5,000-£10,000 bonus. You will also enjoy a fully expensed car and benefits package.
