Regional Sales Director for Window and Door Locking Solutions

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager - Window and Door Multi-Point Locking Systems to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of existing customers in the East Midlands and East Anglia regions, with a revenue target of £2.5m-£3m.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Selling high-end manufactured range of multi-point locking systems for windows and doors into composite, aluminium, PVC, composite fire doors, and timber fire doors fabricators.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with window and door fabricators, specifying architects, local authorities, M&E contractors, and main contractors.
  3. Recruiting new commercial accounts per annum, each contributing a minimum of £50,000 at an acceptable margin.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Proven experience in field sales within the construction industry.
  2. A deep understanding of window and door hardware.
  3. The ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously.
  4. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000, plus a bonus of £5,000-£10,000, as well as a fully expensed electric car and benefits package.
