Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
* Ensure seamless discharge planning, coordinating with Commissioners on admissions, progress, and planning
* Promote a patient-centered approach to achieve optimal outcomes for each service user

Qualifications and Experience:
* GMC registration and substantial experience in adult psychiatry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the development of strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Ability to work independently, making informed decisions that positively impact patient care
