Knight Frank is seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our Business Rates department in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Manage internal and external presentations, collaborating with creative teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as a key ambassador for the Business Rates Department, fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate bi-annual business planning meetings and departmental financials, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
  • Attend team meetings, take minutes, follow up on actions, and ensure mandatory training is up to date.
  • Respond to department inquiries, organize meetings, and manage corporate travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with IT for troubleshooting, maintain department IT systems, and support business operations.
  • Coordinate new starter inductions, onboarding, training, and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure Health and Safety and environmental procedures are followed, manage office facilities, and coordinate refurbishments.
  • Maintain client records, oversee best practices, manage compliance, and update contact information.
  • Coordinate marketing and business development activities, manage events, and produce marketing materials.
