Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Planning Coordinator to join our team at Live Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events from initial planning stages to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including set-up, operation, and de-rig of installations.
  2. Technical Operations: Lead on the production of rigging, staging, and event power, and review and advise on CAD plans for events.
  3. Project Management: Work with project managers to plan crew and logistics, and create detailed pre and post-event production schedules and documentation.
  4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day, and produce health and safety plans and risk assessments.
  5. Event Delivery: Oversee the on-site rig and de-rig of installations, and ensure smooth event delivery.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical operations and CAD planning for festivals and other greenfield site events. They will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
