Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at City Group. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Passive Fire Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors to cover passive fire jobs across customer contracts.
  • Ensure allocated jobs are completed and the scheduling process is properly closed out.
  • Escalate any scheduling issues or concerns to the Field Line Manager.
  • Support the contract with administrative tasks, such as billing and producing WIP reports.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of planning systems and geographical locations to schedule engineers efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
