The firm provides extensive financial advisory services to a varied clientele, including entrepreneurs and affluent individuals.

This distinguished financial advisory firm is backed by Quilter Financial Planning, the foremost financial advisory entity in the UK.

The responsibilities of the Financial Services Operations Coordinator will include:

  • Supervising the processing of mortgage, insurance, and investment management applications.
  • Assisting in the preparation of meetings - sending confirmations along with initial compliance documents, generating illustrations, and creating agendas.
  • Managing life insurance applications and tracking them until the policy is fully active.
  • Providing necessary documentation, coordinating with lenders/providers/solicitors, and maintaining communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance procedures accurately and within designated timeframes.
  • Managing the sales processes on the tailored X-plan back-office compliance system, with training provided.
  • Completing file closures - updating address changes, scheduling mortgage rate reviews on the Outlook calendar, and securely disposing of paperwork.

The role requires commitment over five full working days, with at least two days in the office, although flexibility is available.
