**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and manage purchase ledger invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Set up and manage payment runs, including new supplier onboarding
- Assist with month-end and reconciliation tasks, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including managing the finance inbox and responding to queries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in accounting systems, such as Access Dimension
