Our client is a long-standing and iconic British venue with a diverse array of clients and projects. They specialize in delivering a spectrum of corporate events—both expansive and intimate, in-person and virtual.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for the initial planning stage, right through to the event delivery. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting on the set-up & operation of greenfield site events
  • Leading on production of rigging, staging & event power
  • Reviewing & advising on CAD plans for events
  • Working with Project Managers to plan crew & logistics
  • Creating detailed pre and post event production schedules and documentation
  • Troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
  • Producing Health & Safety plans & risk assessments
  • Overseeing the on-site rig & de-rig of installations

About the Candidate:

The preferred candidate will have a background in technical operations & CAD planning for festivals / other greenfield site events.
