About the Role

As an Operations and Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our client's events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the set-up and operation of events
  • Leading the production of rigging, staging, and event power
  • Reviewing and advising on CAD plans for events
  • Working with project managers to plan crew and logistics
  • Creating detailed pre and post-event production schedules and documentation
  • Troubleshooting any emerging problems on the event day
  • Producing health and safety plans and risk assessments
  • Overseeing the on-site rig and de-rig of installations

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical operations and CAD planning for festivals and other greenfield site events. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional events, we encourage you to apply.
