Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Poole, Dorset. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital business through effective traffic management, performance marketing, and CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital CRM strategy to reduce acquisition costs and maximize customer engagement
  • Manage our performance marketing agency, setting targets and scrutinizing the performance of paid channels
  • Lead and report on SEO activities globally, exploiting long-term opportunities through onsite optimization and collaboration with our PR team
  • Identify and implement new digital revenue streams, such as TikTok shop and social commerce
  • Oversee the creation of digital creative ads, from top-of-funnel YouTube to Meta re-targeting creatives
  • Lead our community-loyalty program, helping fans create compelling user-generated content and working it back into outreach ads
  • Conduct experiments to enrich our knowledge through data, including email marketing creatives, PPC ad copy, and Instagram Reel creative
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing acquisition and retention strategy
  • Ability to influence and drive the digital agenda across design, content, marketing, and sales functions
  • Expert knowledge of consumer CRM and email marketing strategies, including automations and flows
  • Experience managing external agencies and tools, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google marketing tools
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, from SEO to PPC and UGC to CRM
