About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Muc-Off, a leading supplier of specialist cycling cleaning and maintenance products. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving traffic and sales through our digital channels, including our website and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic and sales
  • Manage and optimize our website's user experience to improve conversion rates
  • Lead and manage our performance marketing agency to ensure effective use of budget and maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with our design and content teams to create compelling ad creative and marketing materials
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective use of budget and maximize ROI

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of website analytics and ability to analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
