Muc-Off is a leading supplier of specialist cycling cleaning and maintenance products in the UK, with a strong presence in the European, Asian, and North American markets. The company is expanding rapidly and is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to join its team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales on Muc-Off's websites.
  • Manage the company's performance marketing agency and set targets for paid channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Microsoft.
  • Lead and report on SEO activities globally, exploiting long-term opportunities via onsite optimization and close collaboration with the PR team.
  • Identify and implement new and emerging digital revenue streams, such as TikTok shop, social commerce, and subscriptions.
  • Oversee the creation of digital creative ads, from top-of-funnel YouTube to Meta re-targeting creatives.
  • Lead the running of the company's community-loyalty program, helping fans create compelling user-generated content and working it back into outreach ads.
  • Conduct experiments to enrich knowledge through data, such as email marketing creatives, PPC ad copy, or Instagram Reel creative.
  • Work closely with the Digital Experience manager to craft market-leading end-to-end experiences representing the brand at all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • An experienced digital leader with extensive experience in digital marketing acquisition and retention strategy.
  • The ability to influence and drive the digital agenda is paramount amongst design, content, marketing, and sales functions.
  • Extensive experience managing external agencies and tools of the trade, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Dot Digital, flows, automations, and Google marketing tools.
  • Digital leadership experience from strategy to people.
  • Expert knowledge of consumer CRM and email marketing strategies, including automations or flows.
  • Experience of product and service launches and management.
  • Experience building and scaling a team to meet global demand.
  • Very strong digital marketing knowledge from SEO to PPC and UGC to CRM.
  • Proven experience leading on-site SEO initiatives, ultimately building a strategy and reporting on success.
  • Experience in content reporting, including KPI measurement and CRO recommendations.
  • Expert knowledge of the marketing funnel and ad creative design for the right audience at the right stage.
  • Experience of digital marketing attribution.
  • Experience of Dot Digital and/or Klaviyo or similar.
  • SEO knowledge both on and off site.
