About the Role

Muc-Off is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for driving traffic and sales through our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies
    • Establish and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic, engagement, and sales.
    • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage Performance Marketing Channels
    • Oversee the performance of paid social, PPC, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
    • Optimize and refine marketing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Lead SEO and Content Marketing Efforts
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
    • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage Email and CRM Marketing
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
    • Manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Lead and Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creative and marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Experience
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills
    • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
