About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Oyster Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content across multiple social media channels to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads, enhance customer retention, and drive conversions.
  • Paid Advertising: Collaborate with third-party suppliers to optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, social media, and other relevant platforms to boost conversions and ROI.
  • Content Creation: Develop, design, and implement a content strategy, including the production of videos, infographics, and online blogs to educate and engage our target audience.
  • Website Optimization: Maintain and optimize our website to improve user experience, increase traffic, and drive conversions through technical and content SEO.
  • Marketing Data Analysis: Work closely with our in-house insight analyst to analyze marketing data and insights to refine our strategies and ensure continued improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, ROI, and sales marketing, preferably in the financial services or property sectors.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative thinker who understands the importance of strategy and commercially driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt to our brand tone-of-voice.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
