We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Oyster Recruitment Limited, a leading provider of recruitment services in the financial services sector based in Poole.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This will involve creating and curating high-quality content across various digital channels, including social media, email, and the company website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and targets.
  • Design and implement social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the in-house insight analyst to analyze marketing data and optimize digital marketing strategies for improved ROI.
  • Work with external partners to enhance paid advertising conversions through Google, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and high-quality content across all digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, ROI, and sales marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt to a brand tone-of-voice.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
