Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to join our Head Office in Poole, Dorset. This hybrid role will span performance marketing, paid social, PPC, SEO activities, and existing first-party database growth and trading. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing a digital, consumer-focused CRM strategy globally, reducing acquisition costs, and working our existing customer base harder.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Digital CRM Strategy: Develop and execute a global digital CRM strategy to reduce acquisition costs and maximize customer value.
- Create Database-Building Campaigns: Collaborate with our marketing department to design and implement database-building campaigns.
- Implement Regional and Category Segmentation: Roll out regional and category segmentation for our consumer database and develop compelling automations based on data patterns.
- Manage Performance Marketing Agency: Set targets and scrutinize the performance of our paid channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Microsoft.
- Lead SEO Activities: Develop and execute SEO strategies globally, exploiting long-term opportunities via onsite optimization and close collaboration with our PR team for outreach activity.
- Identify and Implement New Digital Revenue Streams: Explore and implement new digital revenue streams, such as TikTok shop, social commerce, and subscriptions.
- Oversee Digital Creative Ads: Develop and implement digital creative ads from top-of-funnel YouTube to Meta re-targeting creatives, overseeing all creative implementation and setting briefs for design and content teams.
- Lead Community-Loyalty Programme: Develop and execute a community-loyalty programme, helping our fans create compelling user-generated content and working it back into outreach ads.
- Create Compelling Reporting: Develop and implement compelling reporting using GA and Shopify reports, providing actionable insights.
- Lead Experiments and Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct experiments to enrich our knowledge through data, focusing on email marketing creatives, PPC ad copy, and Instagram Reel creative.
- Collaborate with Digital Experience Manager: Work closely with the Digital Experience Manager to craft market-leading end-to-end experiences representing the brand at all touchpoints.
- Digital Leadership Experience: Proven experience in digital leadership, from strategy to people management.
- Expert Knowledge of Consumer CRM and Email Marketing: In-depth knowledge of consumer CRM and email marketing strategies, including automations and flows.
- Shopify Plus Experience: Experience with Shopify Plus or similar platforms.
- Product and Service Launch Experience: Proven experience in product and service launches and management.
- Team Management Experience: Experience in building and scaling a team to meet global demand.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, UGC, and CRM.
- D2C Pioneer Experience: Experience as a D2C pioneer with retail experience.
- SEO and Google Ads Experience: Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads, including merchant centre and GA4.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the business.
- Content Reporting Experience: Experience in content reporting, including KPI measurement and CRO recommendations.
- A/B Experiment Experience: Experience in running A/B experiments.
- Marketing Funnel and Ad Creative Design Experience: In-depth knowledge of the marketing funnel and ad creative design for the right audience at the right stage.
