Muc-Off is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital business, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing strategy and implementing effective CRM initiatives to acquire and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and conversions
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with our design and content teams to create compelling ad creative and content
  • Lead and report on SEO activities, including onsite optimization and outreach
  • Identify and implement new digital revenue streams, such as social commerce and subscriptions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition and retention
  • Strong understanding of consumer CRM and email marketing strategies
  • Experience managing external agencies and tools, such as Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
