Job Description

The Luxury Sales Floor Manager assists store management in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional floor supervision. This includes teambuilding, staff development, goal setting, and compliance with Coach standards.

This role requires an exceptional leader who sets the tone on the sales floor, inspires teams to meet performance standards, and represents the brand appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in retail service environment, preferably in a management position;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
