We are seeking a Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our PRADA team. As an ambassador, you will be responsible for conveying the brand's philosophy and values, maximising sales performance by fostering relationships with customers and developing their brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.">
  3. Demonstrate expertise in our luxury products, based on training programs and keeping up-to-date with the luxury environment and competitors.">
  4. Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximising sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.">
  5. Maintain and develop client relationships through individual approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools.">
  6. Maintain the sales floor and visual display to a high standard, in line with brand guidelines.">
  7. Follow company operational guidelines, policies, and stock procedures.">

Requirements:

  • Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers.">
  • Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion.">
  • Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Passion and knowledge of the shoemaking industry, with affinity for the PRADA brand.">

Compensation:

">

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
