We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Luxury Sales Advisor to join our team at Austin Fraser.

As a Luxury Sales Advisor, you will work closely with the showroom manager to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and confident communication style, excellent sales skills, and a passion for luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring.

The successful candidate will support the showroom team and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. This includes engaging with customers via phone, email, and in person, offering technical and design advice, generating quotations, processing payments, and coordinating deliveries.

The salary for this role is £23,000-£25,000 per year, plus bonus earnings, making it a competitive offer in the industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the showroom team to achieve sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Generating quotations, processing payments, and coordinating deliveries
  • Offering expert advice on product suitability, sizing, and pricing

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Sales experience in luxury goods, preferably in interiors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
