Luxury Sales Representative

Luxe Talent International is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their team in London.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the luxury sector, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through professional attitude and service.
- Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Build and maintain quality relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance.
- Drive CRM at the location and maintain the customer database.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to grow the customer base and customer spend.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shop objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in the luxury sector.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to create a warm welcome for all customers.
- Ability to establish strong customer relationships and handle personal customer information with discretion.
- Strong brand awareness and ability to deliver excellent product knowledge to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, showing proactiveness and a can-do attitude.
