Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-end clients in the A&D industry, specifying and selling luxury flooring solutions that meet their unique needs and budgets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets by selling luxury flooring solutions to A&D industry clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenueDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market shareMaintain accurate records and reports on sales activity, client interactions, and business development effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and brandingRequirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in specification sales, preferably in the luxury flooring or wall-coverings sector
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the A&D industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools and technologies
