Job Title: Luxury Home Care Specialist

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Location: Hampstead/Belsize Park area

We are seeking an experienced live-in housekeeper for a large, newly renovated home in the Hampstead/Belsize Park area. The clients are an international married couple who travel frequently. As a luxury home care specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the home, managing household tasks, and providing support at all times.

  1. Cleaning & Tidying: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all five floors of the home, including a cinema room, steam room & gym, and all entrances including exterior.
  2. Laundry & Ironing: Manage daily laundry, ironing, and organising dry cleaning.
  3. Wardrobe Management: Organise and care for the clients' wardrobes, including packing and unpacking for travel.
  4. Food Shopping: Handle grocery shopping and ensure the kitchen is stocked with essentials.
  5. Pet Care: Feed two dogs (a black Labrador and a Maltese) daily; a dog walker is employed daily.
  6. General Support: Assist with various tasks such as managing the home when clients are traveling, overseeing the household when clients are in residence, and ensuring all household needs are met.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent spoken English.
  2. Previous experience as a live-in housekeeper in a large home.

Accommodation: Private double bedroom with ensuite on the second floor of the home.

Working Hours:

  1. Flexible hours depending on whether the clients are home. Longer hours when they are in residence, including some early mornings and late evenings. The principal requires the housekeeper to live in at all times when they are travelling.
  2. Monday to Saturday (1pm finish on Saturdays)
