About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care, managing staff recruitment and development, and overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the home. This will involve ensuring costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls, possessing excellent leadership and management skills, having the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and being competent in IT.
