Purosearch Ltd seeks a visionary Elderly Care Leader to lead their 90-bed nursing and residential home in London. As the director of this facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, business development, quality, compliance, and staff management.

Elderly Care Leader Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the nursing home staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage nursing home staff, including nurses, caregivers, and support personnel.
  4. Effectively manage the nursing home's budget, including financial planning and resource allocation.
  5. Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
  6. Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a background in elderly/dementia care, a valid NMC PIN, or experience in nursing home management and the ability to manage an 80+ bed service. Additionally, they should possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a background in nursing home management, proven experience in healthcare management, strong leadership and communication skills, and compassion for providing quality care to the elderly.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £85,000 - £90,000 and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
