**Job Title:** Senior Luxury Sales Associate, KMG London

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Luxury Sales Associate to join our KEF Experience Centre in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and customers through in-store activations, training colleagues, and owning VIP networks.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales figures to maximize profits and drive in-store results and sales opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Develop training programs for colleagues and business partners to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • In-Store Activities: Interpret trends to facilitate future in-store activities and events, focusing on brand-led commercial strategies.
  • Brand Guidelines: Assist with and follow in-store brand guidelines and display requirements.
  • Customer Feedback: Offer feedback and input on how to improve flow and retail opportunities within the store environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth product knowledge to advise customers and answer queries.
  • Personalized Shopping Experiences: Provide personalized shopping experiences by recommending items based on customers' preferences and needs.
  • Host and Leader: Act as the ultimate host to all attendees to the experience centre and get to know regulars and repeat customers or clients. Lead by example to the team when the manager is away or off the shop floor.
  • Customer Service: Ensure best customer services and brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • KPIs and Goals: Meet sales goals while upholding high-quality standards, maintaining luxury after-sales service, and attending to customer complaints when necessary.
