About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our EMEA sales team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in either on-property or regional hotel sales, with a strong understanding of the corporate and leisure sectors. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for SLH hotels and the brand.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Manager, EMEA will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for SLH hotels and the brand.
  • Maintaining and growing comprehensive databases of key clients in significant markets within EMEA.
  • Building niche databases of key luxury travel clients in new and emerging markets.
  • Assisting with existing and developing client relationships and new business opportunities.
  • Developing strategic alliances with leisure- and corporate travel trade and preferred partners.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £55,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
