About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader to join our Community Mental Health Team in South Pembrokeshire.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide clinical expertise and strategic leadership to develop mental health services that meet the needs of our population. This will involve:

  • Providing clinical guidance and support to multidisciplinary teams
  • Developing and implementing service improvement initiatives
  • Fostering strong relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A broad base of experience in General Adult Psychiatry
  • Knowledge of UK hospital systems and management structures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
