Consultant in Psychiatry

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Psychiatry to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services to people with learning disabilities in Pembrokeshire.

Responsibilities
  • Providing specialist community psychiatric care to individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Developing and implementing mental health pathways and strategies
  • Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team
  • Maintaining accurate records and participating in clinical audits
Requirements
  • Full GMC registration and licence to practice
  • On specialist register or SpR due to obtain relevant CCT within 6 months of interview
  • Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists
  • Valid certified advanced life support skills

The estimated salary for this position is £92,500 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
