Clinical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at LifeWorks. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide medium-term counselling services to clients referred by the Ministry of the Solicitor General. Your expertise will be utilized to support marginalized individuals facing complex life challenges, including mental health issues, addictions, social exclusion, and involvement with the justice system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive counselling services to clients on assigned cases.
  2. Manage client bookings and maintain accurate records.
  3. Collaborate with parole offices, area managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Minimum of three years of post-graduate counselling experience managing diverse clinical cases.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to provide comprehensive treatment planning.
  • Experience promoting community adaptation and integration.
