We are recruiting a locum consultant psychiatrist to join our Community Mental Health Team in Pembrokeshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician to contribute to the development of our mental health services, working closely with colleagues from various disciplines. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience of managing complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide specialist community psychiatric care to people with intellectual disabilities in Pembrokeshire.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- To participate in clinical governance activities, including audit and quality improvement initiatives.
