About the Position

We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our construction team, providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, manage files, and perform data entry tasks. They will also prepare key documents and contracts, ensuring timely completion and submission.

Additionally, they will assist in financial management, working closely with our accountants to monitor cash flow and process payments.

The role also involves coordinating quarterly board meetings, arranging travel and accommodation for Trustees and staff, and reviewing policies and procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.

Compensation and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and life assurance.
