At Fawkes and Reece, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our construction team as a Personal Assistant (PA).
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including maintaining records, organizing files, data entry, database management, drawing up key documents, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Providing administrative support to the team, including email management and calendar organization
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
Salary: £38,500 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme and generous annual leave allowance.
