Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Folkestone Girls School. As an Academic Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children in a primary school setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children with health needs and/or visual impairment. You will be passionate about providing rich and exciting learning opportunities for our children both in the classroom and outside, making learning irresistible.
Our children achieve academic success, but we work hard to develop them as well-rounded, responsible young people who will positively contribute to society in the future. This is an immediate start opportunity, offering a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2025. We prioritize candidates with experience of supporting children in a primary school setting and offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
